Zhou Lin, president of charging Network Business unit of Huawei Digital Energy China
Sheng Jianming, chairman of Yotai, expressed a warm welcome to the leaders and guests who came to the opening ceremony.
Sheng Jianming pointed out that the integrated solution of "PV&ESS&EV Charging Service Station" is a combination of PV power generation, ESS and smart charging, with business, leisure, social and other functions to promote green low-carbon life and help the development of the national green economy.
Introduction of PV&ESS&EV Charging Service Station
Yotai PV&ESS&EV Charging Service Station consists of PV, ESS, EV Charging and leisure area. The whole demo station covers an area of about 1200 square meters, of which the charging area with PV canopy is 564 square meters, and the road and leisure area is about 670 square meters. Based on the design concept of energy Internet, the integrated power station integrates PV, distributed energy storage system and liquid-cooling super chargers, etc., to achieve coordinated operation of "source, grid, load and storage", and on this basis, to carry out the practice and demonstration of charging and battery swapping facilities for new energy vehicles and a variety of commercial operation modes.
PV System
The PV system can effectively use the space at the top of the shed for PV power generation, no noise and environmental pollution, improve power generation income, achieve 100% self-use, maximize the use of property scenes, provide clean energy and reduce electricity costs.
PV Inverter
The PV system can increase the power generation by 5%-10%, and generate 6,000 degrees more electricity per year; Under the premise of not transforming the transformer, two more fast charging spots can be added with the ESS.
ESS
Huawei smart cluster type ESS is adopted and the overall power is 100kW/200kWh, and it is connected to the grid through the low-voltage distribution cabinet. The ESS can solve the local consumption of new energy, realize the distribution capacity of charging stations without transforming transformers, reduce the cost of electricity by peak and valley arbitrage, and participate in the demand response of the grid in the future.
In the case of power rationing or power failure in summer, the ESS can be used as a temporary backup power supply; In the future, it can also participates in VPP for additional revenue.
Liquid-cooling Ultra-charge System
Huawei's liquid-cooling ultra-charge technology architecture is integrated with Yotai series charging terminal to achieve efficient charging of 500 km within 10 mins. The charging station has an L-shaped design with 19 EV charging spots.
It is covered by air-cooling dual-gun DC fast charging all-in-one machine, liquid-cooling superfast single-gun charging terminal, air-cooled fast dual-gun charging terminal and AC charging terminal, and the whole system power is flexibly distributed.
The liquid-cooling ultra-charge system has a higher utilization rate and can bring a better charging experience; Its high reliability, high heat dissipation, long life and other characteristics can reduce failures, reduce operation and maintenance costs and indirect economic losses caused by inability to charge.
Yotai Liquid-cooling Ultra-charge System
Visitors visited Yotai PV&ESS&EV Charging Service Station and experienced the superfast charging brought by the liquid-cooling ultra-charge system.
Subsequently, Peng Wenke, secretary-general of the EV Industry Superfast Charging Ecological Alliance, shared the development trend of EV infrastructure for everyone.
Xu Yutang, Huawei digital energy charging network expert, introduced the full liquid-cooling ultra-charge architecture.
Yotai CMO Mr. Li Jingjing introduced the concept and vision of Yotai PV&ESS&EV Charging Service Station.
He pointed out: Driven by factors such as user demand, technological innovation and policy, the development of technologies such as PV, ESS, AI and IoT are promoting the construction of charging stations to enter the era of smart integration. There are problems such as long charging time, high cost of power grid transformation, difficult transformer capacity increase, high failure rate, and long return on investment cycle for traditional charging stations.
The ultra-charge system using Huawei's liquid-cooling ultra-charge architecture can reach the charging speed of "one kilometer per second" at the fastest, which can be effectively integrated into Yotai PV&ESS&EV Charging Service Station so as to solve the problems of few charging parking spots and slow charging.
In addition to "increasing the charging parking spots" and "improving profit level", it also has the "emergency guarantee" function in extreme cases such as power rationing and power outage.
Yotai is expected to build more than 15 PV&ESS&EV Charging Service Station in provincial cities in 2023. With the concept of "fast charge, slow life", to achieve "fully charge within a cup of coffee", the new energy technology could be truly integrated into daily life. In the future, Yotai will join hands with more partners to build a low-carbon ecology, and create a higher quality of life and a more livable environment in the new energy era.
Yotai PV&ESS&EV Charging Service Station
The PV&ESS&EV Charging Service Station is characterized by comprehensive services of charging and battery swapping, catering and living, will also give birth to business models such as streaming media advertising, community services, night economy, leisure and business, and significantly improve user charging experience, create a "half-hour business unit", and then seamlessly integrate into urban business districts and industrial parks. To achieve the effective integration of PV&ESS&EV Charging with the surrounding commercial and cultural environment.
Signing ceremony
In order to strengthen further cooperation in the field of PV&ESS&EV Charging, Yotai reached important contracts with Huawei and other investors. In the future, Yotai will strengthen technical cooperation with Huawei Digital Energy in the aspects of liquid-cooling ultra-charge and PV&ESS&EV Charging integration architecture, and jointly promote the rapid development of the smart charging market.
