YOTAI Launches Large-Scale Expansion into European Market, Embarking on Global Journey with Zero-Condensation Innovation
2026.01.06

In early 2026, YOTAI's self-developed Ener Hexon® Smart261L-CE—the world's first liquid-cooled energy storage systems to achieve true zero condensation—began batch shipments and set sail for Europe. This not only marks a solid step in YOTAI's global expansion but also clearly demonstrates that its technological prowess has gained international market recognition.

The Ener Hexon® Smart261L-CE systems deployed overseas will be widely installed across multiple European countries. Their applications cover core areas such as storage and charging stations, photovoltaic consumption, peak shaving and valley filling, virtual power plant response, demand control, and dynamic capacity expansion. Notably, they will play a key role in the Netherlands' largest heavy-duty truck storage and charging pilot project. This project, equipped with high-power charging piles, imposes extremely high demands on on-site power distribution and the grid, urgently requiring supporting energy storage systems for dynamic capacity expansion and load regulation. The Ener Hexon® Smart261L-CE successfully secured the contract thanks to its high stability and exceptional performance.

The system utilizes exclusive dual-core patented technology that combines structural innovation with intelligent humidity control algorithms. The battery compartment achieves an IP65 protection rating, eliminating condensation at its source. Coupled with intelligent algorithmic control, it maintains a continuous zero-condensation state even under extreme conditions such as high humidity and drastic temperature fluctuations. This prevents hidden dangers like short circuits, corrosion, and performance degradation, ensuring stable operation throughout the system's lifecycle. By overcoming traditional dehumidification bottlenecks and completely resolving the industry's long-standing condensation challenge, it has become one of the world's first truly zero-condensation liquid-cooled energy storage systems, redefining industry standards for stability and environmental adaptability.

Furthermore, the Ener Hexon® Smart261L-CE incorporates a new generation of silicon carbide (SiC) Power Conversion System (PCS), achieving charge and discharge efficiency of up to 99%. The system maintains a temperature differential of only 4.5°C across the entire unit, ensuring high consistency and extending battery cycle life by 15%. Leveraging cloud-edge collaboration and optimized through the smart algorithms of an energy-carbon management platform, it supports various operational modes including virtual power plant, grid-connected, and off-grid, thereby maximizing revenue. It also enables round-the-clock monitoring, fault self-diagnosis, and Over-the-Air (OTA) remote upgrades, reducing on-site operation and maintenance costs. The product offers local data visualization and flexible configuration of operational parameters, forming a comprehensive localized autonomous operation system that functions immediately upon startup, even without network connectivity. Currently, the Ener Hexon® Smart261L-CE has taken the lead in obtaining a full suite of IEC certifications, covering all core components including fire safety, electrical systems, PCS, and water chillers, making it suitable for multiple markets such as Europe and Southeast Asia.

Behind the successful launch of the world's first truly zero-condensation liquid-cooled energy storage systems lies YOTAI's robust technological expertise. The company invests up to $20 million annually in R&D, operates four major R&D centers, employs a 300-person R&D team, and holds 400 intellectual property rights.

This batch shipment of the Ener Hexon® Smart261L-CE marks a significant milestone in YOTAI's internationalization strategy. Moving forward, YOTAI will use this overseas expansion as a springboard to further deepen its presence in the global energy storage market. Driven by technological innovation, it aims to provide reliable and efficient solutions for the worldwide energy transition.
